- Will I be satisfied?
Yes you will we have a very good reputation and serve many homes and offices around the area.
- What If I am not happy?
We really want you to be happy, so if there is anything you are ever not totally satisfied with, no matter how small please let us know so that we can resolve the problem.
- How are my keys looked after?
Your keys are kept locked up in a secure safe and only released to the cleaner on the day of the clean and returned again the same day to the office. You will also need to sign a key safe agreement.
- What are your office working hours?
Our office is open from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm on Saturday, if you would like and information outside of these hours please Email or send a text message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 07785468814, Helen@momsmagicclean.co.uk
Do you have insurance?
- Yes we have full public liability cover which covers your home.How does insurance work?
In an unlikely event of an accident mmc must be notified with-in 48 hours Of the clean taking palace.
- Can I reschedule or cancel my clean?
Yes within 24 hours of the clean completely free
After 24 hours you will be charged for the clean.
- What about cleaning products and cloths?
We provide all cleaning products hoovers and cloths for £2.50, We do not provide mops but steam cleaning is available for an extra £2.50.
If you would prefer to use your cleaning products you will need
- Lime scale remover
- Kitchen cleaner
- Bathroom cleaner
- Floor cleaner
- Glass cleaner
- Rubber gloves
- Clean sponges and cloths (washed in between visits)
- Microfiber cloths (washed in between visits)
- How does payment work?
You are charged on the day of the clean after the clean is completed you can pay the cleaner cash pay via bacs or via PayPal (fee applied by PayPal) the same day.
- What time will the cleaner arrive and can i choose my day?
You are given the option of morning or afternoon and a time slot and where possible we try to give you the option of day but as we work in areas it is not always financially viable.
- How do you vet your cleaners?
We arrange an interview for all our cleaners at our office where they are required to provide us with the following documents:
a) Proof of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
b) Proof of home address
c) Two references/ carefully checked and CRB/DBS checked
Cleaners are given full professional training before given there own round to ensure the quality of service provided and regular training and support is provided throughout.
- Will i have the same cleaner?
Yes we always try to provide you with your own cleaner but in cases of sickness and holidays we will give you notice and replace your regular cleaner with another member of our team.
- Are you an agency or franchise?
No we are not an agency we employ cleaners through our strict interview process and are not part of any franchise.
- Why are Deep cleans so expensive?
Clients love our one off and deep clean service because we put a lot of hard work and effort into achieving a perfect result. We will take down your requirements carefully to ensure you get the clean you need. The costs for just one clean are very high if it is to be done properly as we use a more intensive grade cleaning product and often products and materials are UN-usable again. The cleaners are carefully vetted, selected and insured.
This service is designed for property owner’s, landlords, estate agents and tenants and for properties that has being neglected or not cleaned for some time.
This service requires a team of well-trained cleaners who will be supervised throughout the duration of job. We do normally send a team of 3 people to enable the clean to be completed in 7/8 hours. There is a minimum booking of 6 hours for these cleans.
The price quoted will depend on the condition of the property upon arrival.. Deep Clean / Landlord / End of tenancy clean / Home movers Clean from £199.99 or £33 per hour for 2 cleaners, is to tackle long term build up, we do normally send a team of 3 people to enable the clean to be completed in 7/8 hours. There is a minimum booking of 6 hours for these cleans.
Budget buster cleans £15 ph for 1 person takes around 5 to 6 hours for an average size home a minimum booking of 4 hours references can be supplied on request or visit our Facebook page where you can see pictures of the cleans already completed by our team.
